It’s Canada Day, and I’ve decided to take advantage of the mid-week holiday and take a mini-vacation. That’s why this blog is a little shorter than usual.

When you spend time offline, your creativity has a way of sneaking up on you and sparking new ideas.

That’s when the idea fairy shows up.

Are you familiar with the idea fairy? When was the last time you danced with her?

This is an older post of mine, but it always reminds me of why it’s important to play with ideas and do something with them – before someone else does.  If you’re taking some time off this week, or maybe a long weekend while you celebrate Independence Day, maybe this will spark some creativity for you too.

How are you making time to dance with the idea fairy?
