I’ve added a new team member to my business, and I only pay $20 a month.
Don’t worry, I’m not breaking any labor laws. I’m talking about using AI to help me do hours of work in seconds.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, it’s obvious that AI is making waves and taking business productivity by storm. It might be the newest and most significant innovation in business since the dawn of social media.
Just like it took time for everyone to adopt social media into their businesses, it’s taking time for many companies to experiment and integrate AI into their work.
And that was okay. But not anymore.
This is a tool that, when used strategically and skillfully, can have a huge impact on your business (and even your life).
It’s not a magic solution or replacement for good ol’ fashioned brainpower, but it can help you get from nothing to something in just seconds so you can free up your time to focus on the important things.
Earlier this year, I attended a conference. While there, I was lucky to meet Mary Fearon, a fellow agency owner and AI user. At this conference, she and I attended an AI breakout session. To our surprise, we realized how much we already knew about the tool…and how much other small business owners didn’t.
After Mary and I talked about AI…and talked about it some more…and even more… We realized there was an opportunity for us to share the success we have already found using it and decided to collaborate on a 5-part series:
“Leveraging AI: Proven, practical, and tactical approaches to using AI in your Business.”
Now, if you’ve already listened to some of these episodes, well done! Have you tried any of the strategies Mary and I shared? I’d love to hear about it—you can reply to this email and your response will come directly to me.
If you haven’t tuned in yet, this series is a deep dive into how AI should be viewed and used as your secret weapon in meetings, a partner in idea generation (in this episode, we discuss our best tips for writing effective prompts), inspiration for content creation, and a gateway to elevating your customer service.
We focus on business applications, but we mention personal uses of AI, too. For example, we use it for mapping out efficient routes for day trips, dinner suggestions with limited ingredients and dietary restrictions, and other fun questions that save us brain power and time.
We cover different approaches to using AI for client work, our favorite AI tools that we use almost every day, and some of the risks of using AI from what we’ve seen from other business owners.
AI is not going away, and we’ve only just begun to see how it will affect businesses long-term. To get your introduction to this new reality, get started with the first episode in the series, episode 163.
Oh, and did you hear that Mary and I are also hosting an exclusive full-day workshop? We’ll dive deep into how you can harness AI to drive real results in your business. The waitlist is officially open, and you can join it here!
