What’s the skinny on how this works?

First, we will pick a date that works for both of us to conduct a strategy session. Most people get maximum results when they fly in and do this work in person.

Next, you’ll receive a very detailed intake document to complete where I get to know you and the background of your business.

Then, we will schedule a 30-minute pre-call to discuss your primary goals to get us ready for our day together.

When we meet, we will do a bit of a business excavation exercise to determine where you really want to be and what you need to stop doing to get there. This entire process usually takes around 6-7 hours (including lunch and a couple of breaks).

Next, we will discuss your ideal buyer and how to orchestrate your marketing activities to support lead generation and sales in your business.

Finally, you’ll have access to me for support via email for up to 30 days if you have any tactical questions you need guidance on.
