Thanks Elaine! I hear you!
Great advice. Linked in and Facebook
me too 🙂 good luck! Have fun, and hope you meet some great people
I’m on that same path with you Lisa. I’m considering G+ and LinkedIn, with minor posts into FB. Good post.. thanks
I really believe there is a benefit to G+. I will continue to post there, and to tweet for fun but my primary focus with intent will be LinkedIn and Facebook.
Thanks for this video Lisa! I am going to pick Facebook and Pinterest…for now! 😉
I have yet to explore LinkedIn, but that might come later.
Enjoy your day!
Marie-France
Awesome! Pinterest is a great place to hang out, especially if you can engage in conversations with people. It is new, highly addictive, and you have an opportunity to really stand out because it is not over saturated with marketers yet.
Great reminder to KISS ( Keep is Simple Sista )
Thank you
I’ve got facebook down, but want to do more. Have come to realize this year that I can not physically type as I used too, but that’s no excuse, I can vlog! 🙂
thanks Kim!
Thanks Lisa…I have been feeling a little “stuffed” lately and have been putting on the social “flab”
Nice reminder…and as always..
You Rock

thanks Marc 🙂
For Vitaerobics I am going to focus on facebook and pinterest (people love pictures of food and family). For my eWomenNetwork chapter I am going to focus on facebook and linkedin. Thanks for the reminder that you don’t have to do it all.
good call Johnell, I like how you have differentiated this way.
I’m still going to maintain a presence on Twitter, Pinterest and Google+, but my biggest love is Facebook (that’s where I get the most interaction) and I need to spend more time interacting on LinkedIn, so those will be my focus. 🙂
me too – but I will consider them an outpost where I share content but don’t actively engage
I loved this Lisa! I was going to go with Twitter and FB, then, when I thought about your response, I too have decided, FB and LinkedIn. Why wouldn’t I listen to what you are doing and implement it?! I have no good answer, other than, take what you’ve said, and implement it! Thank you for your wisdom.
🙂 I think there is gold to be mined on LinkedIn personally
I’m with you Lisa…FB and LinkedIn. LinkedIn has been secretly whispering to me…”come over here”…thanks for the enforcement! I’ve made some amazing biz connections on Twitter thanks to your advice, so I’ll hang out there for that and focus my energy on the other two : )
Hi Lisa, Thanks for the great slim down advice. I am also interested in doing more on LinkedIn and look forward to your input on how to get the most out of that platform.
Congrats on selling your store, I wish you lots of luck and prosperity!
All the best,
Annika
Hi, Lisa
I will focus on Facebook and Pinterest. And thank you for helping us “go on this diet”! Much less overwhelming and hopefully productive.
Congrats on the sale of your store … can’t wait to see what lies ahead!
xoxo

Thanks Lisa! This video is a LIFE saver!! All I keep hearing from people is to have an account on ALL social media to have an “online presence”. As much as I want to network and be out there I dont want to be overwhelm! Not only that, but I dont even know how to use some of those sites!! Right now I have a facebook page and would like to continue adding content there. I dont have a company linkedIn page yet, that will be my focus for 2013!! THANKS AGAIN
I am going to focus on Facebook and Pinterest. Although I don’t really know that much about using Pinterest for business, I have seen a lot of people swear by it, so I will research it and figure out how it will fit in.
Hi Lisa!
I am choosing FB and Pinterest. I already have a FB business page, and will create one at Pinterest. Thanks for the great idea and for your shoptalk vids, love them!
Thanks for the great advice Lisa, I feel lighter already. Although I have been spending more time on Twitter, I think for 2013 I am going to focus on FaceBook and establish a presence on LinkedIn. I’m not going to “quit” Twitter, just reduce the amount of time spent there.
Wow – this video is from 2012 – but, I’m sure it still applies – maybe now, more than ever, with the increase in social media platforms! I am about halfway through your book, Pilot to Profit – which is so full of helpful, smart info, and I was checking out the free tool when I was lured to watch this video. So glad I did. I choose Instagram and Facebook! Thanks Lisa for always providing great advice!
Thanks for the great tips. ..I have definitely not been using social media properly and have been overwhelmed by it. I know how to use Facebook somewhat so I will focus there. I also like You Tube for my fitness videos but have to find someone to tape me ..do you have someone taping you on a tripod? If you’re using a tripod what device are you attaching to it?
Tripod, selfie stick and iPhone 🙂 Done is better than perfect
