My name is Lisa Larter

and I’ve been a full time entrepreneur for 10 years. I’ve made my own mistakes, and I want to share the things I’ve learned to help you in your business.

Within 90 days of opening my retail store, I realized I was on the brink of bankruptcy when a bill for $100,000 showed up for inventory I had purchased and failed to sell. I didn’t have a 100K and I didn’t understand why this was happening. In a nutshell, I wasn’t measuring what matters and I knew in order to change things up, I needed to learn and apply that learning fast.

I spent close to $20,000 on traditional marketing and it failed miserably. It was an expensive lesson in emulating what I saw a big company do that I thought would work for me, and it couldn’t have been further from the truth.

After making these big mistakes in terms of money and marketing, my mindset was in the gutter. I went from being a confident business owner to wondering if I was really cut out for it. I even considered whether or not to go and get a job.

Luckily for me, I dug down deep because I really wanted my business to succeed and since then I’ve built multiple 6 and 7 figure businesses. I’ve designed a business that works for my lifestyle and I love what I do.

I wouldn’t be where I am today without making mistakes. Those mistakes taught me what not to do and I’ve figured out a pretty simple formula for what does work.

This is what your day will look like!

First, you’re going to learn a simple strategy that will help you use social media to generate sales opportunities. We’ll spend time discussing ways you can use social media as a revenue generation tool in your business. I’ll share things that have worked for me on Facebook, and mistakes that have cost me big money along the way. You’ll walk away with some super cool ninja tricks to build your visibility and get more customers, so you can make more money in your business.

Next, you’re going to learn some strategies around creating video versus using live stream to establish credibility, build trust and make offers to your tribe. Video is one of the most powerful tools to connect with people outside of being in person, and well, frankly, it’s time to get over being camera shy! Steve Dotto will share how he has garnered over 130,000 subscribers on YouTube and over 9 million views!

After lunch, you’ll be pulling out your mobile device and diving deep into the world of Intagram and SnapChat with Sue B. Zimmerman, The Instagram Expert. Sue will share with you how she cross pollinates using these two social networks to build a ridiculously large following, generate sales in her business, relationships all over the world and speaking opportunities out the wazoo!

Lastly, we’ll wrap up by doing two things. First we will do a speaker panel and answer any questions you have for Steve, Sue or myself. Then, we’ll wrap things up by ensuring you’ve got a completed plan to take away to keep you busy, on track and in the right money mindset for the next year.
