Do you understand all the numbers, graphs and info in your Facebook Page Insights?
One of the best things about Social Media, especially Facebook, is the analytics because the data provided can give you an instant look at the effectiveness of your online marketing.
With more traditional marketing you are often spraying your information and offers at a large audience and praying that it sticks for some. In contrast, marketing on Facebook and other social networking sites gives you the ability to more directly target your audience and allows you to measure just how effective your methods are. It can show you exactly where your marketing weak spots are and help you to find what is working for you.
But, what if you’re not a numbers person?
Do you look at the top part of your Facebook Page and think “Holy cow! There’s no way I can interpret that!”
Or, even worse, do you click on the little “hide” button up there so that you don’t even have to look at it?
In this special edition of Shop Talk, I am going to show you exactly how to interpret and use Facebook Insights so that you can see the results of your Facebook efforts. In less than 10 minutes, you will be an Insights pro!
I know that if you put this to use in your business you will be absolutely amazed at what you learn about your marketing and I would love to hear your feedback and questions about Facebook Insights. Please share them in the comments below!
