A few weeks ago, I had a conversation with a person interested in engaging my services. We had a great conversation, which ended with them needing to discuss next steps with someone else at their company.
After our meeting, I decided to engage AI to help me do better and aid in some of the heavy lifting. Here’s what I did:
I uploaded the transcript to ChatGPT and asked it to do two important things for me:
1) Summarize the details of the offer options I discussed with this individual.
2) Give me feedback on how I could do a better job at selling.
The end result was amazing.
I received a super specific summary of the options we had discussed for the service he was inquiring about. When I was following up, this made my life easier by not needing to remember all the details of what we discussed.
ChatGPT also gave me both positive and constructive feedback on how I led the call as a salesperson. One of the things AI critiqued was my ability to tie the value of the service directly to the monetary gain the client was hoping to get by engaging my services.
The feedback was spot on, and it was something I usually do, but in this case, I didn’t.
