Everywhere I go, I hear women say, “I have a money mindset issue” or, “I have money blocks.”

But women are smart.
They are capable and fearless, and they have put up with earning less than men for decades. Sadly though, even in entrepreneurship, many women still fall behind on the pay grade. They charge less, they give away more for free, and their desire to be liked comes ahead of making bank.
We’ve been fed a lie that nice comes before rich and that we’re “just not good at math” (which you and I both know isn’t true). One stroll through Nordstrom’s and you know if you can afford those shoes or not.
Your mindset is fine. Where you really need help is in separating your feelings from the financial aspects of running a business so you can be nice, pay yourself well, and accumulate wealth. It’s time to take back control and learn the fundamentals around increasing sales, financial literacy, and building wealth once and for all.
